2024 American Shrimp Calendar

Shipping days are Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid any issues with delayed packages over the weekend, if you need to adjust shipping dates please reach out to us and we would be happy to adjust your shipping date accordingly.

I do my best to package all my shrimp to make sure they arrive to you alive and healthy, and all shrimp are guaranteed to arrive alive. In the unfortunate event that some shrimp do not make it, here are your options:

1. Replacements for the dead shrimp can be sent out, and you would just need to cover shipping costs.
2. A refund can be issued for the dead shrimp (shipping costs non-refundable).
3. You can opt for a credit towards your next purchase.

To be eligible for these options you must:

• Receive your shrimp within 2 hours of the recorded delivery time.
• Email photos/videos of dead shrimp in unopened bag to teeters.tanks@gmail.com so we can verify the DOA (dead on arrival).

*Heat Pack*

I do not typically ship using heat packs as I don’t trust their heating consistency. I have had situations in the past that are duds and some that over heat and cook the shrimp. I always pack all shrimp to give them their best chance to survive their travel, but if you feel like you would like a heat pack in your box please add a note during checkout to ask for one.

We are not responsible for any delays during shipping, or delivery to the wrong address. Please help us by ensuring that you provide the correct information during purchasing.
